Beginning this April, one of my artwork pieces from the “Destinations of Calm” Gallery will be on display in partnership with the New Cumberland Public Library and the New Cumberland Collective.
The Beauty of the Natural World at the New Cumberland Public Library is a collection of works from local artists who provided a piece for this group exhibition. The show will be available for view from April 5 to April 30 at the library and will be part of the Earth and Arts Festival activities.
The piece on exhibit is A View from Sniktau, a photographic print on 20×30 canvas created in the summer of 2019 while hiking at Mt. Sniktau, west of Denver, Colorado. The piece is available for purchase at the artist’s studio on my website. Click here to see it.
The“arty party for the plant” draws over 1,200 people to the library to learn about local environmental organizations, shop from earth-friendly makers, participate in a sustainable fashion fair, and learn how to live a more sustainable life. The festival includes live local music and food trucks.
During the event, an artist reception will occur from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. in the Charley Krone Gallery of the library. You are invited to attend to meet me and the other artists who have works on exhibit.
